The Greece Diversity Council is a measurement of organizational commitment to diversity and inclusion among companies in the EU.

The index rates companies on CEO engagement as well as corporate initiatives,policies, and programs in support of inclusion.

PARTICIPATION CRITERIA


Any company with a minimum of 500 employees or any multinational Fortune 1000 company with subsidiaries.

D&I BEST COMPANIES


The Greece Diversity Council recognizes companies with a 100 score as a Best Company for diversity and inclusion.

  • Community Outreach
  • Corporate Social Responsibility

Participation Criteria

To participate in the Greece Diversity Council, you must first register. You should expect to receive a web-based questionnaire to fill out. The Greece Diversity Council is designed for:

  • Any company, publicly or privately held, with a minimum of 500 employees.
  • Any Fortune 1000 and multinational companies with subsidiaries in Greece

There are no fees are associated with participation in the Greece Diversity Council.

Greece Diversity Council Findings

Companies that participate in the Greece Diversity Council will individually be rated on a scale of 0 to 100 per assessment area.

Each company will receive a free scorecard detailing the overall assessment results, and the performance breakdown according to the six diversity and inclusion areas of the Greece Diversity Council.

The Greece Diversity Council will communicate the findings to all survey participants.

Organizational Development

Each company that participates in the 2025 Greece Diversity Council will have the option to publish their results and/or to use their results privately to develop their diversity and inclusion strategy.
